Return Policy

At Claryn Toronto, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please carefully review the conditions below.

1. When You Can Request a Return

A return request can only be submitted after your order has been delivered.

We do not accept return requests for parcels that are still in transit, refused upon delivery, or marked as “return to sender”.
This allows us to verify that the returned item matches the delivered order and can be properly inspected.

2. Return Window

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you have 30 days to send the item back.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached

  • Items may be tried on briefly but not worn outdoors or for extended use

If an item is returned used, washed, stained, damaged, or missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order

  • Hygiene-sensitive items if the hygiene seal has been broken or the item has been used

  • Items purchased with a discount, promotion, sale code, or marked as final sale
    (including private codes, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers)

5. Return Shipping and Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees related to the return are also the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

6. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@claryntoronto.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. The return address may be located outside Canada, depending on the item and fulfillment location.

7. Tracking and Responsibility

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method

  • You remain responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to the return address

  • If a return is lost or delayed, we can only assist if valid tracking information is provided

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days after inspection.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or refund after return.

10. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order

  • Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address details are the responsibility of the customer

11. Legal Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, which may vary by province.
