Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Delivery within Canada usually takes 7 to 12 business days after your order has shipped. You will receive tracking details by email within 2 business days of placing your order.

If your tracking number is not showing updates yet, it usually means the carrier has not scanned the parcel into their system. Tracking can take a day or two to become active after your order ships. If nothing appears after 2 business days, email us at info@claryntoronto.com and we will look into it for you.

How do I return a product?

When will I see the refund on my credit card?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method. It usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

How should I care for my clothing?

To keep your pieces looking their best, wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and lay flat or hang to dry. Always check the care label on each garment, as recommendations can vary by fabric.

How should different fabrics be cared for?

Linen and cotton: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then dry on low or line dry. Knits: hand wash or use a gentle cycle, reshape and dry flat to keep their shape. Delicate or textured fabrics: wash cold inside out and avoid the dryer. When in doubt, follow the care label on the garment.
